We worked with Jodie for over a year. She showed us multiple homes and properties before we found the one we wanted. Throughout the build process she was always available to answer questions. If needed, she would go to the house to check on the progress or get us whatever information we requested. She was there for our closing as well. Jodi Kendall is an absolute phenom when it comes to customer service. She went far beyond anyone’s possible expectation. She and our daughter engineered this entire operation while we were afar. She showed us five places in March but we were still unsold and our contingent offer was rejected. Jodi was very patient with us, continuing to send us possiblilities as waited through the pandemic.
